PRIMARY PURPOSE
Provides senior analysis expertise to support leaderships on project planning and evaluation across the enterprise. Conducts analysis of statistical data and researches of project management trends and best practices relevant to the improvement of project delivery, makes recommendations to improve data gathering and to optimize project delivery supported by data, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides senior analysis expertise to the development of project planning and project performance evaluation measures setup to various divisions across the enterprise. Provides concise reports on project performance to support determining and optimizing resource allocation. Identifies possible issues with project reporting/data gathering and develops strategies to continuously improve processes and procedures. Liaises with various departments to lead requirements gathering, target setting, reports/dashboards design, process documentation and provides analytical support as required, ensuring alignment with divisional and project goals and objectives.
Uses complex analytical models and statistical methods to review the viability of proposed initiatives and assess the impacts of current trends/practices on existing processes and presents recommendations to management to support fact-based decision making, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, company’s policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
Provides advice for project delivery optimization, including areas in need of improvement, based on analytical findings. Applies advanced analytical techniques like forecasting, simulations and regression analysis to identify opportunities/risks and define policy or process changes based on the analysis or research. Creates regular variance report in project performance measures and recommends best practices and solutions to management on problem areas.
Leads data collection, mining, cleaning, ensuring accuracy and completeness of performance measurement data, ensuring compliance with company’s standards, policies, processes, regulatory and other related requirements. Maintains the integrity of datasets/records, using Business Intelligence systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server and troubleshoots issues as required. Maintains the Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) with information from enterprise data sources and disseminates and presents information to project stakeholders across the enterprise to support reports generation and leaderships decision-making.
Provides guidance to Specialists on developing interactive/creative tools. Provides guidance, communications and relevant materials to project stakeholders on requirements and changes of business processes and policies, uses of tools and templates to support project delivery, including the design and delivery of training programs where required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The requirements for this job would be acquired through an undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or relevant fields, plus five (5) years of previous experience in Analysis & Reporting, technical experience on designing, implementing and maintaining data/reports in a business intelligence and project management environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Advanced knowledge of concepts, principles, practices and techniques pertaining to all aspects of performance measures, benchmarking, balanced scorecards and dashboards.
Advanced knowledge of PowerBI, macros (VBA), SQL Server, SQL Management Services Server (SMSS) or equivalent Business Intelligence tools.
Advanced knowledge in research, policy writing, and project management fundamentals.
Excellent knowledge of office software including word processing, spreadsheet and data management systems.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the relevant concepts of data mining and data warehousing to be able procure and manage data.
Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and judgment skills to be able to interpret data and identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
Strong relationship management skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and management levels.
Strong time management, organization, verbal and written communication skills.

Rate of Pay
Salary $82,400 - $123,600 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
